Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of yemaar.com and any IT services engagement with Yemaar Technologies ("we", "us"). By submitting a form on this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Yemaar Technologies provides paid, professional IT services — including remote IT support, network, firewall, server, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, wireless and infrastructure consulting — as described on our Services and Pricing pages. These are not free support services.

Quotes & Engagements

Standard-tier pricing is published on our Pricing page. Non-standard or larger work is quoted individually following a discovery call. Work begins only after you accept a quote or proposal. Prices are in AED unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes unless specified.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your environment and the problem you're reporting
• Hold appropriate licenses for any software we're asked to configure or migrate
• Maintain your own backups of critical data prior to any engagement, unless a backup service is explicitly part of the agreed scope
• Provide the access (remote or otherwise) reasonably required to perform the agreed work

Service Availability

Unless a separate written service-level agreement is in place, we do not guarantee a specific response time or uptime commitment. We aim to respond to support requests within one business day.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yemaar Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including data loss where a client-side backup was not maintained as required above. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, design, graphics) is owned by Yemaar Technologies unless otherwise noted. Configuration work, scripts, or documentation produced specifically for a client during an engagement belong to that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
