Pricing FAQ
Why isn't every service listed with a fixed price?
Network, firewall, server and wireless work varies enormously by environment size and condition. We quote those after a short discovery call so the price reflects the actual job, not a guess.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Remote and Onsite IT Support are available per session with no minimum. Infrastructure Advisory and larger projects are scoped as a single engagement.
Do you charge for the initial discovery call?
No. The discovery call that leads to a quote is free — you only pay once you accept a scoped proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We'll confirm accepted payment methods and terms when we send your proposal or invoice.
